While using NoticeDocumentReference to refer to a PIN, it should also be possible to refer to specific lots (eForms:ÂPrevious Planning Part Identifier - BT-1251)

Allowing repeatable use of ProjectProcurementLotReference in NoticeDocumentReference would do.
