IÂhave received recently draft forms regarding the 2 types of documents. I do not know which SubCommittee should be involved. Hereafter I have summarized the expected information. I may prepare the 2 models.

Grouping information:
 * Object: Formation / Completed liquidation
 * Grouping name
 * Registration number, place & Date
 * Reference to official gazette
 * additional info & dispatch date

Company / Cooperative society:
 * Object: Registration, deletion, transfer
 * Organization information (address, activity)
 * registration number, place & date
 * reference to official gazette
 * additional info & dispatch date
