UBL: Validation of descriptions of segments

Dear Ken,

After reading the descriptions of the elements, I have the following doubt:

No CommonTransportReport
Element: DocumentStatusCode
    "A code signifying the status of the Common Transportation Report with respect to its original state. This code may be used if the document precedes the event and is subsequently found to be incorrect and in need of cancellation or revision." 

To what event does this definition refers? Is this definition correct?
