Here is the link to the last available draft as agreed by the UE institutions, pending final approval at the EU Parliament:

This is expected to be close to the text that will be published in a few months so I suggest to use this for further consideration.

Suggest some one from the UBL TC takes a look at the Digital Product Passport work under the EUâs Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation which is in the final stages of approval. CEN/CENELEC JTC 24 has been established to produce standards for this regulation so maybe a liaison should be considered.
