Tariq,

I don't know what you mean. The UBR is the public registry operated by IBM,
Microsoft, SAP, and NTT. Systinet also operates a public registry (for test
purposes), but it is not part of the UBR. Also XMethods and SAL Central
operate independent public registries. There are many companies that operate
private registries, but since they are private, they aren't available to the
general public.
