Publishing with Test Registry UDDI - URGENT HELP!!!

Hi,

I am trying to test my Web service with SAP Test registry, when I enter
the url for my WSDL file I get the following erro message:

"Cannot load WSDL due to "Read timed out". Check that the specified WSDL
URL "http://82.36.235.101:8080/axis/services/KeyAccidentService?wsdl";
points to WS-I Basic Profile 1.1 compliant WSDL Definitions file"

can anyone advice me, what I am doing wrong :(
