George:

That looks right. Have the SC pass a resolution asking the Board to 
revise the RoP (and please provide the revised text). Patrick will 
follow up with the Board and attempt to get approval on this before the 
next Board meeting. You can start your election as soon as this passes. 
(With any luck Patrick can get this through in the next couple of weeks, 
but otherwise it would have to wait until 30-31 July.)
