All, Please find attached an updated version of the value set provider TN. It accomodates the requests from the discussion at the F2F in November, namely to call out - the existence of registry policy for checked value sets and what it means for the value set provider - that the validate_values Web service can also apply to cacheable value sets - usage scenarios for externally checked value sets.
