So far, interest was indicated from IBM (Tom Bellwood), Microsoft (Luc =

Next steps:
1. Please send your comments and proposals, especially with regard to =
the scenario, to the TC list.
2. I will get back to Dee Schur from OASIS in order to get more =
detailed information on what is actually required in a first step.
3. I'd like to schedule a conference call later this week so that the =
work team can discuss ideas and proceed on the preparation. Proposed =
meeting time: Thursday, August 28, 5:30 pm CET (8:30 am Pacific, 11:30 =
East Coast). If this is feasible for the work team I will proceed and =
send out meeting details.

FACE=3D"Arial">: OASIS was invited by IDEAlliance to showcase =
interoperability demonstrations based on OASIS specifications at the =
XML 2003 conference (</FONT><A =

COLOR=3D"#0000FF" SIZE=3D2 =
FACE=3D"Arial">http://www.xmlconference.org/xmlusa/</FONT></U></A><FONT =
SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">), which runs December 7-12 in Philadelphia, =
PA.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">First of all, we need a scenario =
description we can use to plan the demo. Therefore, we need (secondly) =
a work team that fleshes out the scenario and accompanying information. =
Thirdly, we should figure out who is actually able and willing to =
participate in the demo. And finally, we should get back to OASIS =
management with our concrete proposal so that the remaining planning =
process can be started.</FONT></P>
