After checking the UDDI V3.0.2 errata set, one of my colleagues found a possible inconsistency between CR-081 and CR-085. While CR-081 removes a clarification that talks about a possibly empty keyValue (see last sentence in section 5.2.6.2) because the XML Schema requires keyValue elements with minLength="1", CR-085 gets rid of this very length limitation, particularly due to V2/V3 data migration issues. Wouldn't this now mean that empty (zero-length) keyValues are allowed in publisherAssertion elements?
