The following link provides information on how to get to LMI's offices and nearby hotels.  Note that the Double Tree is the only hotel that is in reasonable walking distance of LMI, and in January even there you may want to enquire about a courtesy shuttle.

Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan National Airport are equal distance from LMI.  If you need assistance with directions from National Airport you may wish to contact Luc.  :-)
 
Attendees will be able to go straight to the conference room on the 8th floor.  The room will have internet connections available.  Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.
