You'll find that the schema files are *also* located in the WSDL directory to deal with the import issues. That's what we did in 3.0.1

I am afraid I forgot about the call 
yesterday. 

We had previously agreed 
that the WSDL and Schema files would be published in the same "directory" so 
that relative URIs could be used to import the Schema files from the WSDL 
files.
