Congratulations everyone !

The specification content represented
by the slide deck has been approved by a majority of voting members  so
we are calling a winner even though not all votes are in yet :)
(Eric Nyberg and Karin Verspoor have
not yet voted -- the Ballot is open until March 18th -- please DO get your
votes in soon -- Thanks!).


We are on for today. Again probably
another brief call. It will be driven by any team feedback on the evolving
specification draft. 

Again there should be no new content/ideas
in the draft. It should reflect all our decisions to date, however, comments
on presentation, organization, writing style and any motion to revisit
any technical issue is welcome.

The latest major update is the addition
of the  Formal Specification section to the Abstract Interfaces (section
4.4.5).  Adam will take us through this update.
