Temis is not an organizational member either. The status is “associate”.
It’s clear that this status doesn’t allow to vote
for Oasis Standards in general but it’s not clear if I can vote for Standards
issued by committees I’m enrolled in. This will be weird to be able
to vote all the way during the creation process but not at the end to say “I
approve this message J”

David, I note in Mary's response on the ballot that only Organizational members
can provide a statement of use -- UC Denver is not an Organizational member as
far as I know.
