Hi all,
Attached is a new version with the
inconsistencies between the DTD and the element introductions
removed.
I did not turn on track-changes, so here is a
list of changes I applied:
- the alias element changed according to the
DTD
- the logic element had some spelling mistakes
in its attributes (now fixed)
- the d-component element changed according to
the DTD and spelling mistakes in attributes fixed
- the d-param element changed according to the
DTD
- the script element changed according to the
DTD
- added ATTLIST to the repeat element in
DTD
- the iterator element changed according to the
DTD
- the param element changed according to the
DTD
- the variable element changed according
to the DTD
- the peers element changed according to the
DTD
- added ATTLIST to the d-template-param element
in DTD
- the template-param element changed according
to the DTD
Best Regards,
Robbie.

Subject: [uiml] Final version of the
UIML 4.0 specification - reformatted to match the OASIS template.
Hello
all,
Thanks to
everyone who took a look at the UIML 4.0 specification and provided
feedback! Attached is the latest version that addresses everyone's
comments and adheres to the current OASIS Specification template.
To answer
Kris's question, I have done an informal appraisal of the specification
features and have concluded that all of the additions to the language have
(to the best of my knowledge) been implemented somewhere (either in
Harmonia's tools, uiml.net, DSL,...). Perhaps a more formal
examination could be performed during the public
review.
At this point
I would like to have this version of the specification approved by the
committee as a Committee Draft. To this end, what is your
availability over the next couple of weeks? I would like to meet via
phone to hold the vote and then submit it for Public
Review!

James Helms
