Hi Kris,

  The OASIS TC Process requires a TC to consider other places that the public
review notice should be posted. Most often this is other public mailing lists,
but anyone is free to forward the public review notice to individuals or lists
that they subscribe to. If you want me (as TC Admin) to send the review notice,
I need the email address. If it's a list you subscribe to, or individuals, you
are free (and encouraged) to forward the notice yourself. You should, however,
wait for the official public review notice to be posted to the members list and
forward that since it contains all the necessary instructions for providing
feedback.
