Information on OpenMath and Units

OpenMath is at www.openmath.org
The current version is 2.0.
We are working on 3.0, which should rendezvous with MathML 3.0.
MathML drafts are on the W3C site, but the rendezvous in chapter 4 is
under active work at the moment.
