Subject: Groups - Schema Documentation in HTML (index.html) uploaded

I've uploaded the UnitsML schema (version 0.9.11), the schema changes file,
the schema documentation in HTML (version 0.9.11), and the "Guidelines for
the Use of UnitsML" (version 0.4.2). For all of the uploaded files (except
for the UnitsML schema), I now replace the previous file with the latest
version, rather than upload a new document.

For the "Guidelines", I accepted all changes to version 0.4.1 and again
tracked the changes for version 0.4.2. However, in doing so, I already
accepted many of the smaller changes that I didn't think were necessary to
see. For example, if some text was deleted and other text was added, I
already accepted the deletion. The changes are in red and marked with a
vertical bar in the left margin. Please let me know if this is not
suitable.
