Subject: Groups - UnitsML Guide (guide.pdf) uploaded

Lots of changes over the last version, mostly in chapter 3: usage
scenarios. Enumerated seven different usage scenarios with referencing
units, referring to the schema, combining these, using import, include or
redefine to bring unitsml in, and a combination of importing the schema and
referencing the units of measure being used. All these approaches now are
discussed the same way: an introduction to the approach, the necessary
schema modifications, how a sample instance document might look as well as
discussing the pro & contra of said approach. I consider chapter 3 to be
done content-wise, barring further suggestions from the TC (and adding the
'executive summary' in its final section).
