Changes since last version:
- branched for 1.0, mentioning 1.0, including 1.0
- updated the introduction with some nice "catastrophe" that UnitsML might
have avoided (back in 1986, but still),
- more work on the introduction,
- remove some empty things that will be re-added (full) later like the
complete sample units element,
- ERDs will be made after the vote from the current graphics,
- which are, btw, now at their correct place,
- remove some duplicate information about kind of quantity,
- get rid of some draft-state (latex wise) leftovers,
- use the schema which is "docco stripped" (i.e. without the extra appInfo
elements for the concise HTML documentation generation stylesheet)

Remember, this is the guideline version / branch that's supposed to
accompany "1.0"!
