Since the motion has been made (by Peter Linstrom) and seconded (by Martin Weber), we can now have discussion on the motion. I don't anticipate discussion, but please send any discussion comments to the entire group. Please feel free to vote on the motion (even those who made the motion & seconded it). By voting on the motion, you're participating in the meeting which is needed to achieve a quorum.
