I agree with this arrangement. It always has big problem for meeting time
when involves US(especially US west), Europe and China.
	US west Monday, January 19 4:00 PM
	US east Monday, January 19 7:00 PM
	Beijing Tuesday, January 20, 8:00 AM
	London Tuesday, January 20, 0:00 AM
