 1. Welcome and Roll-call
 Allison and Alex welcomed the attendees of the UOML-X TC.

 2.After a 15-minute's waiting for Jamie , members agree to start the
meeting , then arrange another one with him to solve the remained
questions..

 3. Discussion  of  Jamie's letter to TC members about ISO PAS for UOML
 Members discussed each of three terms in this letter,  and two questions
 have  to discuss with  Jamie:

If "statement of use" need to be provided by OASIS members, what should we
do about it? Does ISO accept non-Oasis member's statement.


in addition,a diagram need to provided to explain the relationship between
UOML and XML.

 4. Review the DRAFT 1 EXPLANATORY REPORT(OASIS Submission of UOML v1.0 to
ISO/IEC JTC1), and members made such following agreement.
 1. To  submit a  UOML IPR list for  to ISO and OASIS.
 2. Try to make a announcement that  prove  the fact   for UOML
implementing case.
