further comments on errata

I've been trying to map out the old/new section numbers to make sure everything flows; I've spotted some inconsistencies. There's likely more, but this is a start. 

Errata #25 says 2.3.2 moves to 2.5; errata #53 says 2.3.2 moves to 4.6
Errata #26 says 2.4 moves to 2.6; errata #55 says 2.4 is deleted
Errata #29 says 2.5 moves to 2.9; errata #57 says 2.5 moves to 4.10
Errata #30 says 2.6 moves to 2.10; errata #58 says 2.6 moves to 4.11
Errata #35 says 2.7 moves to 4.12; errata #78 says 2.7 stays 2.7

Errata #81 says conformance section 5 stays section 5; conformance is currently section 4.

I have no idea what the tie-in is between errata #29 and #60, or errata #30 and #61 although they are referenced.
