Congratulate! We complete the task before dealine.
Thanks Xu Guo for his hard working to create Chinese draft. Thanks Pine,
Chaoyang and Mendy for translating in short time. Special
acknowledgement to Bo Yan, he corrected the whole draft himself. This
working draft is the contribution of an outstanding team.
We should hold 3rd meeting to discuss this draft. We'd like the meeting
be held no earlier than April 4th night (Beijing time). 
The first meeting was held at 11am ET time, 2nd at 3pm ET time. Which
one is better for 3rd meeting?  Is there any more option?
