Ballot to Close TC

Hi everyone,

I have closed the ballot to close the Technical Committee. The Public Review does not end until 5 May and the TC should not vote to shut down prior to that date. The existing TC should handle any/all comments received and then submit the revised specification (if any changes are necessary) to the new UOML-X TC. At that point, the UOML TC can vote to shut down. I do not see any comments posted to date so hopefully this will be a very easy transition but I do want to make sure everything is handled with appropriate timing.
