Subject: Question about network device - Legacy Interface: Device Operation
Hi, while reading chapter "5.1.6.1 Legacy Interface: Device Operation" in draft 05, I noticed following sentence: "The legacy driver only presented num_buffers in the struct virtio_net_hdr when VIRTIO_NET_F_MRG_RXBUF was not negotiated; without that feature the structure was 2 bytes shorter." Shouldn't that be "... was negotiated ..." instead of "... was not negotiated ..."? Otherwise this sounds quite contradictory to me. Thomas
