I'm not sure we need those counters but if the other is fine, I'm fine.

I think we need to use device terminology instead of driver
terminology like notification/interrupt.

And I think it's better to use different counters for

1) bad csum

and

2) no hardware csum

The flow limit is something outside what has been defined in the spec,
I'd leave it for future.
