Change bars not trivial to implement, require either XeTeX driver for
the package or a custom macros. No sense to add them in WD02, will need
more work in the future.

In order to prepare for the final vote, the OASIS online system must by
updated regarding voting members.

Draft naming (WD/CSD etc.) to be sorted out by Rusty.

Daniel to open and defer the Virtio/Xen issue.

8. Confirmation of meeting schedule.

Due to the imminent review period, next meeting in 4 weeks time
(2014-04-08).
