OK the ballot closed, 9 voting members voted Yes and one did not vote.
So, if I understand the TC process correctly, I think we can move on and
publish this as the Committee Specification.

I have accordingly updated the date to 31 Aug 2014
and title to Committee Specification 01, and uploaded
the final package here:

Chet, could you please confirm you have everything you need
to upload and publish this?


The next step is for people to complete the implementations, and notify OASIS.
Once at least 3 statements of use are received (from 3 different parties)
we can move on to the OASIS Standard stage.
