Subject: Re: [virtio] virtio tc group status changes

Michael & members of the VIRTIO TC,

I have returned the Roster to its state as of Sunday, December 28th. Everyone who was a Member at that time is now so marked. Everyone who was an Observer at that time remains an Observer.

Any of you who wish to change your status from Member to Observer should go to the TC webpage at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/virtio/ and click "remove me" under Roster in the top panel of the page. Then refresh the page and click "join group" to rejoin and re-set your membership status. Note that as an Observer, you will receive mails from the TC mailing list and you can attend meetings. However, you are not able to send anything to the mailing list nor participate actively in meetings.

If you prefer to be able to participate but do not wish to retain voting rights, you can simply ask Michael or me to reset your role to Persistent Non-Voting Member.

Please let me know if you have any questions,

/chet
