The TC voted unanimously to proceed to the Special Majority Vote.
The TC agreed to defer the two issues reported during the review
period.

I opened an admin request to start the vote.
I would appreciate it if it's processed quickly, as

Reminder: A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. As

the Virtio TC has adopted a standing rule to conduct business only by

electronic ballot, without Meetings, a Voting Member who fails to cast a ballot
