Candidate for OASIS Board

This is a wonderful time of year for family and friends, but perhaps not the best time for an election.

Yes, I know that your thoughts are elsewhere as they should be, but if you could take a moment to vote for one of the candidates for the open seat on the OASIS board, you will be doing your part to ensure proper governance of this organization.

As one of the candidates, I am seeking your vote.

I feel that my current experience as a working and contributing TC member and as a chair of the W3C WS-Addressing and WS-I Reliable Secure Profile working groups gives me a hands-on appreciation for the bits that make these committees work and for those factors that frustrate progress.

I have management, financial, and technology experience which allows me to have serious arguments with myself about the best way forward.

I hope to represent all of you to the best of my abilities in doing the right thing.
