OASIS CORE Meeting Washington DC, March 18th

I will go ahead and find some space for the 18th so that we can meet.
Right now I think its just Jeff Williams and I. Be fore-warned, the plan
is to bash out as much as possible and maybe even complete WAS Core in
this session so if you are interested in Meta-Data and Profile, please
be sure to attend. I could conceivably get some video conferencing
setup.
