Haven’t been coming back on this one:

When we know the attendance list, I can ask internally to make a reservation for everyone in 1 or 2 hotel for a reasonable price.

This is of course completely up to you to decide to join this offer.

Well, I guess I can't argue for a US location if most people are in Europe :) But we need to decide a date soon, in order to book travel.

And if it's gonna be in Copenhagen, any hotel suggestions?
