I suspected that.  I just wanted to make sure that the board got the
request to create the PAC in time to consider it at the meeting.  I'll
be on the road from 12/1 through 12/4, and I need to know that the
request to create the PAC is in process and that we will be able to
meet formally in Philadelphia.
