Take a look at issue #7 ( http://services.arjuna.com/wscaf-issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7 ).  This bug is marked resolved, but there was no change.  And there was a note by Doug (from Sun) that seems to suggest that the issue should be reopened.
I guess I'm not sure where this issue stands.  Are we going with the incorrect spelling of Respondant?  In that case we leave the wsdl as is.  Otherwise we make the changes (but I think this will have flow over into all the wsdls and specs.
