Issue 16 ( http://services.arjuna.com/wscaf-issues/show_bug.cgi?id=16 ), which states " None of the WS-CAF WSDL are WSI BP compliant ", is marked resolved.  However I think this bug needs to be clarified.  The WSDL has not been made BP compliant since making it compliant is dependent on all the other bugs that prevent the WSDL from being valid.  It's also an ongoing process (a change down the road can make this bug active again).  So we can make two decisions here:

1) Remove this bug and file a new bug that requires all the WS-CAF WSDLs to be validated for WS-I Conformance to the BP 1.0.  The bug title could be something like "The WS-CAF WSDLs are not validated for WS-I Conformance to the BP 1.0"

2) Keep the issue and add an action item or note that by closing it we are agreeing to ongoing conformance with the BP 1.0.
