Assuming people who've got issues assigned to them can deliver in time for the F2F, we're down to only having 12 issues on context to look at in New Orleans. A much more manageable number. Some of them may be fairly contentious, so I'm not saying we can have a draft ready by the end of the F2F, but hopefully it'll be close.
