WSCTX Namespace

In section 1.1 of the spec It says:

The XML namespace URI that MUST be used by implementations of this 
specification is:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx

However this is only partially correct as there are two namespaces 
associated with the Context spec.  There is 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx.xsd, and 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx.wsdl.  It might be 
confusing to explain this, but we have a few choices:

1) Change the url to 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx.wsdl.  This will be 
assuming that "implementations of this specification" refers to wsdl.

2) Add http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx.xsd and explain 
the difference between the two.

3) Change both the schema and wsdl definitions to use the same namespace.


I will choose 1) for now and await comments from this group.
