The current text for addParticipant (page 10) contains the following

"in order to define with which protocols to enlist the participant, the list of
wscf:protocolType URIs may be propogated in the message"

The current schema requires that the message contain at least one protocol URI
whereas the above text could be read as optional.

The current text for removeParticipant (page 10/11) does not appear to mention
the protocol URIs although it does talk about protocols.  The same schema
requirement is present.

Should there also be some text discussing the removal of a participant using a
subset of the protocols through which it is enlisted?
