I think this is all an important part of the discussion we are having.
However, as Simeon has already pointed out, there may well be restrictions
on what individual companies are allowed to contribute in terms of coding. I
also think that's putting the cart before the horse: we can't make a
decision about implementation until we have decided what we are trying to
implement. Let's discuss that first. I think Simeon's idea on this has
merit, but I haven't had a chance to read and digest it fully yet.
