Very strange. Everyone I talked to after sending the email said they'd got
it, but I have to admit that it is slightly worrying that the WS-CAF TC page
still had nothing in the "mail archive" section. I've cc-ed Karl Best on
this email in case he can shed any light on the situation.

I'll distribute the minutes later today for feedback before posting the
final version.
