issues for 1.0 specifications

Several of the initial CAF submitters have been working on errata to the 1.0
specifications (the version that Eric submitted to the group last Friday).
That errata (essentially a list of known issues) will be uploaded by one of
the co-chairs later today. Although each item in the list has been assigned
a number, I would imagine that those numbers will change when this TC gets
an issues process in place.
