Re: [ws-caf] charter for the implementation group

A small observation (apologies if already noted):

The "WS-CAF concepts in the Sample Application" section of the charter
lists as specifications "WS-Coordination" and "WS-Transaction".
Recommend these be modified to be "Web Services Coordination Framework
(WS-CF)" and "Web Services Transaction Management (WS-TXM)"
respectively, so as not to confuse with other specifications by those
names.
