ws-caf message

Subject: RE: [ws-caf] More trouble with voting the KAVI way


frustrating as it is, it really is just operator error and both myself and
mark will RTFM!
To expidate matters though, rather then setup new electronic ballots, it is
proposed 
that these issues be put on the aganda for Monday for a real-time vote.
