Ok - I was following what Mark suggested, but it's just as easy (nearly)
to copy the text as well.

BTW, I've switched to making the URL point to a revised edition of my
issues list (up to PRF-7 I was linking to the copy I put up on the oasis
caf pages). The revised one has a link back to the caf bug report (so
I'm going to replace it once I've submitted them all with a version with
all the links), and also has the anchors at the top of the row, so the
link in from the URL comes to the right place. Then I'll leave that
revised one alone. (if oasis would let one replace a document with a new
copy with the same URL, I'd do it that way, but, at present, they lack
the facility of having a document that has links both to and from
another document)
