Mark,

I would say Peter's presentation was the input to a very interesting and 
clarifying discussion; it does not reflect at least my view of the output 
from that discussion.  I hope today's minutes make the raised issues, 
consensus viewpoints and (maybe) arguments more clear.  We will obviously 
need to bring the conversation to the group as a whole.
