Changed text of getContext (only place "unique activity identification" is 
used, to: "Given the unique activity identification, this operation cCauses 
the Context Service to invoke the context operation on the associated 
UserCTXService to returns the context value represented by the URI for the 
Activity. If there is no activity associated with the identifier URI then the 
noActivityFault operation is used."
