Done. Text now states: "This operation modifies a state variable associated 
with the Context Service that affects the time-out period associated with the 
activities created by subsequent invocations of the begin operation when no 
timeout is specified (i.e., the begin timeout value is 0): this is a default 
timeout value associate with the service."
